1. General Principles of Our Policy

**Modulation Digitall** provides intangible digital services (SEO, PPC, Web Development, Strategy). Our work involves immediate commitment of time, specialized tool costs, and dedicated team resources. Therefore, refunds are considered only under the specific conditions outlined below and are not guaranteed for delivered work.

2. Non-Refundable Services & Fees

The following charges and services are **NON-REFUNDABLE** once the execution phase has begun:

• **Strategy & Audit Fees:** Cost of initial SEO audits, market research, and campaign strategy development.
• **Time-Based Services:** Monthly management fees for ongoing SEO/PPC retainers (once the current month's work has started).
• **Completed Deliverables:** Digital assets, content writing, design mockups, and website stages that have been formally approved or delivered.
• **Third-Party Costs:** Advertising platform spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or fees paid to external vendors (hosting, premium themes).

3. Eligibility for Full or Partial Refund

You are eligible for a full or partial refund **only under these specific conditions**:

• **Cancellation Window:** You formally cancel the project within **12 business hours** of payment, and **no operational work** has commenced.
• **Duplicate Payment:** In the event of an accidental double payment for a single invoice.
• **Technical Error:** Due to a technical failure on our payment gateway resulting in overcharge.
• **Service Failure:** If Modulation Digitall fails to begin the agreed-upon work within 7 business days without prior communication.

4. Policy for Web Development Projects

Web Development refunds are subject to the project phase:

• **100% Refund:** If requested before any internal work (scoping, wireframing, design) has started.
• **Partial Refund:** A partial refund may be issued if cancellation occurs after the discovery/scoping phase but before the design phase begins, minus the cost of documented hours spent on scoping.
• **No Refund:** Once the client has approved the final design mockups and coding/development work has commenced.

5. Policy for SEO and PPC Retainers

• **Initial Retainer:** The first month's retainer is typically non-refundable once the campaign setup and research is completed.
• **Subsequent Months:** If you wish to cancel an ongoing retainer, you must provide a **30-day written notice** prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds for the current billing cycle will be issued once the month has started.
• **Performance:** Refunds are **not** offered based on specific performance outcomes (e.g., lower rankings or traffic), as results in digital marketing are dynamic and influenced by external factors.

6. How to Submit a Refund Request

7. Refund Processing Timeline

• **Timeline:** Approved refunds generally take **5–10 business days** to reflect in your original payment source (bank account, credit card, or PayPal).
• **Method:** All refunds are issued exclusively to the **original payment method** used for the transaction.
